Easy to prepare the recipe. Microwave potato chips are quick and hassle-free, all you have to do is chop the potatoes. These chips are much healthier than purchased ones!
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices 1-2 mm thick. It is best to use special shredders.
Cover the plate or the main pan of the microwave with baking paper. Arrange the potato slices in one layer. Leave on for 3-5 minutes.
Dry the potato chips in the microwave. I dried for 4 minutes at 600 watts. But it’s better to keep an eye on (especially the first time) so that the slices do not burn.
Sprinkle the finished potato chips with salt or spices to taste.
