First, peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Then boil them in salted water in a sufficiently large saucepan for about 25 minutes.
Then pour off the water and pour the margarine, nutmeg and some fondor over the potatoes.
Now pour the milk over it in stages and slowly process the potatoes into a puree with a masher - it is important to use either more or less milk, depending on your taste.
Now preheat a pan well and form small portions of the puree with a spoon. Then gradually fry them at medium temperature until a nice brown crust has formed.
