- Cut the boiled potatoes into slices.
- Mince the leftover sausage with the clove of garlic (not too fine).
- Lightly roast the onion cut in oil in a pan. Briefly roast the leftover sausage, add the spices and mix in the potatoes.
- Salt and pepper as needed. Sprinkle with plenty of parsley.
- Serve with salad.
