Thaw the butter vegetables and chop them up with a hand blender or something similar. Mix the vegetables, the dumpling dough and the bacon or smoked tofu cubes together. You can also use fewer cubes of bacon, 125 g is the normal package size.
Shape the mixture into flat thalers and fry on both sides in a pan with a little oil until the dumpling dough is cooked through. When turning for the first time, be careful not to disintegrate the talers. They shouldn`t touch each other in the pan either.
Finally, sprinkle some parmesan on the thalers, and then turn the thalers over again. Remove from pan after a few seconds, then serve.
The amount is enough for approx. 13 thalers, as a snack, e.g., for the lunch break.
