Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cook in salted water for 20 minutes, drain and press through a potato press.
  2. Stir in butter, cornstarch and egg yolk and season with salt and nutmeg.
  3. Shape dumplings with wet hands, add to boiling salted water and let simmer over low heat. The dumplings must float on top.
