- g 1,200 potato (s)
- 100 g cornstarch
- 100 g butter
- 6 egg yolks
- salt
- Nutmeg, freshly grated

- Peel the potatoes, cook in salted water for 20 minutes, drain and press through a potato press.
- Stir in butter, cornstarch and egg yolk and season with salt and nutmeg.
- Shape dumplings with wet hands, add to boiling salted water and let simmer over low heat. The dumplings must float on top.
