Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes the day before. Grate, season with salt, pour boiling milk over them and mix with plenty of potato flour.
  2. Shape the dumplings, put them in boiling salted water and leave to stand for 20 minutes with the lid slightly open.
  3. Go with many dishes, similar to mashed potatoes.
