- Finely dice the onion. Peel and dice the potatoes and cut the Debrecziner into slices.
- Fry the onions and add the potatoes and fry with them. Add the ajvar and season with chilli, paprika and marjoram.
- Let everything stew for 20 minutes. Now add the water. Pour in the Debrecziner and season with salt.
