Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion. Peel and dice the potatoes and cut the Debrecziner into slices.
  2. Fry the onions and add the potatoes and fry with them. Add the ajvar and season with chilli, paprika and marjoram.
  3. Let everything stew for 20 minutes. Now add the water. Pour in the Debrecziner and season with salt.
