Instructions

  1. Press cooked, peeled potatoes through the potato press while they are still hot. Add the flour, Parmesan cheese and the egg to the cooled potatoes and work them into a smooth dough. Mix in the herbs and spices.
  2. Shape the dough into cakes, press a cube of mozzarella into each one (make sure that each mozzarella cube is completely covered with dough). Bake golden yellow on both sides in hot oil.
