Boil floury potatoes and leave to cool. Press (or mash) through the potato press, mix with the pinch of salt, flour and milk to form a dough.
Do not roll out too thinly on a floured work surface, cut triangles and bake in hot fat (approx. 150-160 degrees). You blow yourself up nicely.
In the meantime, prepare the sauerkraut.
Chop the onion, fry it in butter, add the sauerkraut and cook until soft. If necessary, add water so that it does not burn. Steam a bay leaf and 2 juniper berries, depending on your taste.
Bladln Drain on a kitchen towel and serve hot immediately with sauerkraut.
