Season the minced turkey with salt and pepper and fry with the onions until crumbly. Add the leek, fry it, then add the raw potatoes and fill up with about 1/2 liter of water and cook everything over a low heat until soft. Then add half the bowl of brunch. (Caution: May be too hot for some.) Bring to the boil briefly, stir, season with salt and pepper.
It`s pretty easy and quick, filling and tasting good thanks to the brunch.
As an alternative to the cheese and leek soup at parties, it has a lot fewer calories.
