Instructions

  1. Knead the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika powder and shape into small balls. Clean the peppers, cut in half and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes. Clean and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Fry the potato noodles in hot margarine for 3 - 4 minutes until golden brown, remove. Put the meatballs in the frying fat and fry them as well. Add the peppers, tomatoes and tomato juice and cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Add the potato noodles again, heat them briefly and season with salt, pepper, marjoram and lovage.
