Knead the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika powder and shape into small balls. Clean the peppers, cut in half and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes. Clean and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Fry the potato noodles in hot margarine for 3 - 4 minutes until golden brown, remove. Put the meatballs in the frying fat and fry them as well. Add the peppers, tomatoes and tomato juice and cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Add the potato noodles again, heat them briefly and season with salt, pepper, marjoram and lovage.
