Ingredients
- 400 g minced meat your choice
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), green
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 500 g potato noodles, from the refrierated counter
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 2 tablespoon marjoram, chopped
- 2 tablespoon lovage, chopped

- Knead the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika powder and shape into small balls. Clean the peppers, cut in half and cut into approx. 2 cm cubes. Clean and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Fry the potato noodles in hot margarine for 3 - 4 minutes until golden brown, remove. Put the meatballs in the frying fat and fry them as well. Add the peppers, tomatoes and tomato juice and cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Add the potato noodles again, heat them briefly and season with salt, pepper, marjoram and lovage.
