Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • breadcrumbs
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 cup brunch paprika hot peppers
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • Chili powder
  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Add the salted water for the pasta and cook the pasta until al dente. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and garlic and mix with the minced meat and some breadcrumbs. Season this mass vigorously with salt and pepper. Add a dollop of brunch to the meat and form balls out of the mixture.
  2. Fry the meatballs in a large pan, cut the peppers into cubes in between and add to the meatballs in the pan. When the meatballs are through and the bell peppers are fried, add the rest of the brunch and cream. Stir until a sauce forms.
  3. Season the whole pan with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, chilli, basil and oregano. Finally add the pasta and mix everything well.
