Cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Slice.
Season the minced meat and the soaked bun with salt, pepper and paprika. Knead into a dough and shape 8 small meatballs. Fry in a little fat on both sides for about 5 minutes.
Put the potato slices in a greased baking dish, place the meatballs on top. Dice the onion, sauté in butter, sweat the flour in it and deglaze with the broth. Bring to the boil briefly and stir in the sour cream.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes and meatballs. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
