Instructions

Prepare a meat dough from mince, one diced onion, salt, pepper and paprika, shape meatballs and fry them. Spread the frying fat in a baking dish. Place the meatballs in the middle of the pan. Cut the potatoes (peeled) into slices and spread around them.
Heat 1 - 2 tablespoons of margarine and sweat the second diced onion in it. Dust with flour and stir. Slowly add the broth and then stir in the creme fraiche. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread the sauce over the potatoes and meatballs and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a hot oven (approx. 225 degrees) for 40 minutes. This includes lettuce.
