Ingredients
- 900 g jacket potato (s)
- 1 kg broccoli
- 800 g minced meat, mixed
- 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder
- 40 g tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- 250 g sour cream
- 250 g cream
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tablespoon thyme

- Cut the jacket potatoes into slices and spread them on a baking sheet. Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch in salted water.
- Mix the minced meat with breadcrumbs, eggs, finely chopped onions, mustard and tomato paste and season to taste. Shape small meatballs and place on top of the potatoes.
- Mix the cream, sour cream and milk into a sauce, season with salt, thyme and pepper and pour over it.
- Cook at 190 ° C in a preheated oven for approx. 30-40 minutes. Just before the end, add the broccoli.
