- 100 g broccoli
- 50 g potato (s)
- 150 ml water
- 1 tablespoon oil, neutral

- Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel thick stems and cut into small pieces. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- Put the potatoes with approx. 150 ml of water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil, cook on a low temperature with the lid closed for approx. 10 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Process the potato and broccoli mixture with the hand blender into a light pulp, using the cooking water if possible.
- Stir in the oil. Let the porridge cool down to serving temperature.
- The porridge can also be produced in larger quantities and frozen in portions.
- Instead of broccoli, other vegetables such as carrots, fennel, cauliflower, turnip, parsnips can be used.
