3 tablespoon tomato paste
250 ml water
salt and pepper

Instructions

Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. Always take walnut-sized pieces from the mixture and shape them into meatballs. Peel and slice the potatoes. Also cut the tomatoes into slices. Now the meatballs, the potato and the tomato slices are layered in a baking dish as desired.
For the sauce, all ingredients are mixed into a homogeneous mass. The sauce is then poured over the casserole.
This is now at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until everything is cooked.
