Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes. Core and finely dice the peppers, cut the leek into fine rings. Briefly sweat the peppers and leek in a saucepan with a little oil, deglaze with the tomato and broth and cook for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
  2. Add the potatoes and let them get hot. Season to taste and, if necessary, refine with a little sour cream.
