- 500 g potato (s), cooked
- 3 bell peppers, mixed colors
- 3 leeks
- 500 g tomato (s), passed
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- possibly sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder

- Dice the potatoes. Core and finely dice the peppers, cut the leek into fine rings. Briefly sweat the peppers and leek in a saucepan with a little oil, deglaze with the tomato and broth and cook for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
- Add the potatoes and let them get hot. Season to taste and, if necessary, refine with a little sour cream.
