Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1.3 kg potato (s) (potatoes)
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon paprika powder, mild (heaped)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, whole
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pair sausages, (Debreziner sausages)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ liters water
  • 1 cube chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, cook them until soft with the bay leaf, give out half of the potatoes and the bay leaf, puree the rest of the potatoes in the soup.
  2. Chop the onions, dice the paprika - heat the oil and roast the onions until golden brown, add the diced paprika, then pour the mashed soup on top, add caraway seeds, stock cubes, tomato paste, garlic, salt, balsamic vinegar, pepper, marjoram, paprika powder and add approx. 10 min Let it simmer, add the chopped sausage and potatoes and let it steep for a little longer.
