- 200 g cheese (e.. Comtè)
- some thyme, dried
- salt and pepper

- Peel, quarter and thinly slice the potatoes. Clean the peppers, cut into about 6 parts and cut them into thin strips. Peel and quarter the onion and cut into thin strips. Coarsely grate the cheese.
- Put the potatoes, peppers, onions and 100 g cheese in a baking dish, mix well. Season the vegetables with thyme, salt, pepper and nutmeg, pour in the cream and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over everything.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes until the top layer has a beautiful golden yellow color.
