Ingredients

  • 500 g beef oulash
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 700 g tomato (s) (fresh or canned)
  • 3 peppers, mixed
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml wine, red e.g. Rioja
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Sweet paprika

Instructions

  1. Season the goulash with salt, pepper and paprika and sauté it. Take out of the pot. Dice tomatoes, peppers and onions and fry in the roasting tray. Add the meat again and deglaze with the stock and red wine. Peel and mash the garlic and add to the goulash. Let it simmer for at least 2 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
  2. Ribbon noodles go well with it.
