- Fry chopped onion and chopped sausages (or minced meat) in vegetable oil.
- Add chopped herbs. Season with salt and simmer until the herbs are soft, about 10-15 minutes. Add grated cheese (optional).
- Boil potatoes in their skins until tender. Then turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes. Add egg, spices and mix well.
- Add some flour and mix again.
- Put a small amount of potato mass on the palm, and the filling on it.
- Form cutlet patties. To facilitate the process, hands should be moistened with water.
- Preheat a frying pan. Fry potato pies on both sides in vegetable oil.
- Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
