- Finely dice the onions and sauté with a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add the tartar, fry until crumbly and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Cut the apples into fine cubes and sauté briefly, then add the red cabbage.
- Season again with salt, pepper and caraway seeds and stew for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes, fold in and heat briefly.
- Season the potato and red cabbage pan with salt and pepper and serve.
