Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 250 g tartare, raw
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 600 g red cabbae (without fat and suar, canned or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 800 g potato (s), cooked
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onions and sauté with a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add the tartar, fry until crumbly and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Cut the apples into fine cubes and sauté briefly, then add the red cabbage.
  4. Season again with salt, pepper and caraway seeds and stew for about 10 minutes.
  5. Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes, fold in and heat briefly.
  6. Season the potato and red cabbage pan with salt and pepper and serve.
