  • 1 onion (s)
  • 500 g pointed cabbae or white cabbae
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 30 g ham, smoked, diced
  • 4 pieces bratwurst, medium-sized
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • 125 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and then rinse; cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces; Cut the onions into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the ham in it, then add the onions and fry them too. Take out of the pan and set aside, now fry the sausages in the pan, they shouldn`t get too dark. Then take the sausages out of the pan and fry the potatoes in the frying fat until golden brown. Shortly before the end of the roasting time, add the cabbage, season everything with salt, pepper and marjoram and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
  3. Put the potatoes with the cabbage in a baking dish. Spread the ham and onions evenly on top, then pour in the vegetable stock and place the sausages on top.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 200 ° for about 50 minutes.
  5. If you have an oven-compatible frying pan, you can of course do without the baking dish.
