Ingredients

  • 6 sausages
  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 8 potato (s) or selected as required for the pan
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seed
  • 0.5 liter ½ meat broth or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into slices and fry them until crispy in a pan. Add the peeled and chopped potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add the sauerkraut, stir in and fry for another 5 minutes.
  2. Add the broth and stir vigorously. Put the lid on the pan and stew until the potatoes are done. Season to taste with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
