Instructions

  1. Brush the potatoes thoroughly. Then cook in salted water and let cool down. Cut into slices with the skin. Then clean the spring onions, cut them into fine slices - also use the greens - and add to the potatoes.
  2. In an additional container, mix the herbs with vinegar, oil, a little honey and mustard. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything carefully.
