Instructions

  1. Wash and cook potatoes. Then peel it while still hot and let it cool down.
  2. Wash the wild garlic and cut into strips. Cut spring onions into rings and tomatoes into strips.
  3. Cut the cooled potatoes into slices and place in a bowl. Add wild garlic, spring onions and tomatoes.
  4. Prepare a marinade from the remaining ingredients, pour over the salad and stir. Season again to taste.
