Instructions
Wash the vegetables and peel them if necessary.
The onion in the Thermomix 5 sec. Chop on level 5, sauté with the oil and smoked ham for 5 minutes on level 1 / Varoma. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook at 1/100 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with freshly ground black pepper.
