Ingredients
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 125 g ham, smoked, diced
- 600 g potato (s), cut into pieces
- 400 g carrot (s), cut into pieces
- 150 g celery, cut into pieces
- 100 g leek, cut into rins
- 500 g water
- 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
- 1 tablespoon marjoram
- 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, instant
- some black pepper, freshly ground

- Wash the vegetables and peel them if necessary.
- The onion in the Thermomix 5 sec. Chop on level 5, sauté with the oil and smoked ham for 5 minutes on level 1 / Varoma. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook at 1/100 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with freshly ground black pepper.
