Instructions

  1. Put the onion, garlic, carrot and celery in the Thermomix and chop 8 sec / speed 5, push down with the spatula and add another 5 sec / speed 5.Add olive oil and sauté for 2 min / speed.
  2. Add a small portion of the minced meat and set it to a gentle stirring level of 5 min./Varoma. Gradually add the rest of the minced meat through the lid opening. By gradually adding the minced meat does not crumble completely and remains slightly chunky.
  3. Add the fresh, finely chopped tomatoes and set another 2 min./Varoma gentle stirring setting.
  4. Now add all the ingredients and let simmer for 30 minutes on a 90 degree gentle stir setting. Do not use the measuring cup, as this will reduce the sauce and take on the taste.
  5. If you want to prevent minor splashes, you should place the cooking basket on the lid opening as protection so that steam can still escape.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
