- 100 ml milk (1.5%)
- 150 grams sugar
- 5 teaspoon coffee powder, instant
- 1 ½ bag vanilla sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 150 ml brandy, or 100 rum or 50 whiskey

- Put all ingredients except for the alcohol in the Thermomix (or a multi-cooker) and mix for 7 minutes at 70 ° C on stirring level 2. Let cool down briefly and then stir in the alcohol.
