  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 125 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 80 g suar
  • Chocolate icing
  • Brittle: *
  • 70 g oatmeal, tender
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

  2. Heat the butter, brown the sugar in it lightly, add the oat flakes and roast the oat flakes while stirring, then leave to cool.
