Ingredients

  • 140 g butter
  • 150 g Nutella
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 75 g almond (s), round
  • 75 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini), crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 75 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat and grease the muffin tray well or line it with paper molds.
  2. Mix the flour, starch, amarettini crumbs, almonds and baking powder together.
  3. Beat the butter with the sugar until frothy, then stir in the Nutella, salt and one after the other the eggs. Briefly stir in the flour mixture with Baileys and milk.
  4. Pour the dough into the molds and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
  5. If you like, you can also decorate the muffins with chocolate icing.
