Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 4 cl amaretto (almond liqueur)
  • 140 g butter, soft
  • 50 g chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Line the muffin tin with paper liners. Mix the flour, baking powder, almonds, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Beat the eggs with sugar and amaretto until frothy, gradually add the softened butter. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, briefly fold in the chocolate flakes. Fill molds up to 2/3 full with batter. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  2. Once cooled, brush with rum glaze.
