Ingredients

  • 250 g round beef
  • 1 can pizza tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • some tomato paste
  • some red wine
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, grated
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram, rubbed
  • 1 teaspoon basil, rubbed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 200 g spahetti
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Dice the onion and the clove of garlic and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste and roast briefly. Now add the red wine and let it boil down. Add the canned tomatoes, herbs, paprika and sugar and season to taste with salt, pepper and granulated broth. Put the lid on and let the sauce simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime you can cook the spaghetti and grate the parmesan.
