Chop the potatoes and vegetables and bring to the boil with the other ingredients in a saucepan that is not too small. Water should be about 1/3 above the food. Cooking time approx. 35 minutes.Remove the bay leaf.
Turn everything through the vegetable grinder (Flotte Lotte), reheat if necessary.
Refine with salt and sour cream before serving, do not boil any more!
