- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch (s) salt, approx.

- Chop the potatoes and vegetables and bring to the boil with the other ingredients in a saucepan that is not too small. Water should be about 1/3 above the food. Cooking time approx. 35 minutes.Remove the bay leaf.
- Turn everything through the vegetable grinder (Flotte Lotte), reheat if necessary.
- Refine with salt and sour cream before serving, do not boil any more!
