Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, rinse briefly, cut into pieces and cook in the vegetable stock for 15 minutes until soft. Then mash with a potato masher and stir until smooth with a whisk.
  2. Stir the peanut butter into the soup with a wooden spoon, mix well and heat the soup briefly, do not boil any more. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Croutons go well with it.
