• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 400 g flour (spelled, type 630)
• 100 g flour (whole spelled)
• 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

1. Pour the ingredients into the container of the bread maker in the order shown.
2. Then set a program that takes approx. 2 hours (with the Unold bread baker this is a quick program).
