Steam the Leipziger Allerlei in a little salted water for about 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
Cut the raw, peeled potatoes into small cubes and fry them in hot oil in a large pan. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram, add ham and onions and continue to fry for about 5 minutes. Put the lid on the pan and fry for about 10 minutes on a low heat. When the potatoes are done, mix in the vegetables, let them get hot and season everything again.
Serve sprinkled with parsley or chives. A raw vegetable salad goes well with it.
