Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Fry in hot olive oil in a non-stick pan for 5 - 10 minutes until golden. Turn in between.
  2. Finely dice the onion. Dice the salami. Put both in the pan and fry them.
  3. Mix the eggs, milk and herb pieces with a whisk. Pour into the pan. Cover and let set over low heat (until the egg mixture is firm).
  4. Cut the tortilla into bite-sized pieces. Salt and pepper to taste.
