- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection). Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into a fan shape.
- Place in a greased ovenproof dish, season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter and pour over the potatoes. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Mix the whipped cream with the finely chopped garlic, grated cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
