Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, parsnips and carrots, cut into small pieces and cook in a little liquid or in a steamer. Mash with the egg and cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Tastes a bit sweet and is good as an accompaniment to steaks or fish.
