Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins and peel them or use jacket potatoes from the day before. Melt the wild garlic butter in the pan and season and fry the potatoes.
  2. When they are nice and crispy, add the chives, cut into rolls, mix and serve. If you like, you can garnish with some fresh wild garlic.
