Put the milk and mustard in a deep plate and stir together. Marinate the fillets in it.
Mix the other ingredients together on a flat plate, then turn the fillets in it.
Place the breaded poultry fillets on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 25 - 35 minutes (depending on size).
Serve immediately. Green salad goes well with it.
Note: I occasionally add fresh herbs to cheese and flour as a splash of color, chives have so far proven to be the best (when that`s all again, I sometimes use a frozen herb mixture).
