Ingredients

  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 2 turkey breast fillet (s) or chicken breast fillet
  • possibly herbs (e.g. chives)

Instructions

  1. Put the milk and mustard in a deep plate and stir together. Marinate the fillets in it.
  2. Mix the other ingredients together on a flat plate, then turn the fillets in it.
  3. Place the breaded poultry fillets on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 25 - 35 minutes (depending on size).
  4. Serve immediately. Green salad goes well with it.
  5. Note: I occasionally add fresh herbs to cheese and flour as a splash of color, chives have so far proven to be the best (when that`s all again, I sometimes use a frozen herb mixture).
